Questions

Asked at the counter.

What people ask us most, about cleaning, timing, pickup and payment.

Cleaning

  • Dry cleaning cleans fabric with a solvent instead of water. It removes soil and stains from materials that water would shrink, stretch or fade, which is why delicate and structured clothes are labeled dry clean only.

  • Professional wet cleaning uses water with specialized detergents and computer-controlled machines that limit movement, heat and moisture. It's a gentle, environmentally friendly alternative to dry cleaning for many garments.

  • Each garment is inspected and treated according to its care label and fabric. Our specialists are trained with delicate materials, and anything unusual is tested on a hidden spot first.

  • Every stain is pre-treated before cleaning, with an agent chosen for the kind of stain and the fabric it's on. Tell us at the counter what the stain is and when it happened; it helps.

Turnaround & pickup

  • Drop off Monday to Thursday and your laundry is ready the next day at 4 PM. Anything dropped off after 9 AM on Friday is ready Monday after 4 PM.

  • Yes. Drop dry cleaning off by 9 AM on a weekday and it's ready the same afternoon.

  • Text or call us, or book online. We collect from your home or office, clean everything to the label, and bring it back pressed and bagged. Billing is monthly.

Payment & care

  • All major credit and debit cards, digital payments, cash and checks. Corporate accounts are available for businesses.

  • It's rare, but we have a clear claims process. Report any issue within 48 hours of pickup and our management will work with you to put it right.

  • We identify the fabric, take a conservative approach and explain any risk before we start. For anything outside the label, we ask for your written OK first.
